Working together using KFM values to provide additional endoscopy capacity

The Endoscopy Decontamination Service at Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) was facing a disparity between the demand and capacity for it's services and this was having an impact on patient waiting times.

In June 2019, KFM undertook the management of a project to ensure operational delivery of a new mobile decontamination unit over a 14 week period, which has allowed for the transport of scopes between sites and supported increased numbers of clinical procedures.
