Non-Executive Chairman

Mike graduated in Economics from Manchester University, then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY. Mike worked at Nestle, before spending 16 years at BOC where his roles included Finance Director of the UK, MD - China and South East Asia and MD - Semiconductor.

Mike then led businesses in GKN, Serco, Rentokil and Bibby Line.

Mike now has a number of Chair roles in the Technology and Logistics sectors.

Managing Director

Andy has a track record of rapidly reshaping and growing technology, managed services and healthcare businesses.

He thrives working in demanding, fast-changing, high growth environments and is focused on building high performance teams.

Prior to joining KFM Andy was Managing Director of Capita healthcare technology and services businesses, including CHKS.

Director of HR & Business Services

Robin has gained his experience predominantly in HR across public, private and third sector organisations and has worked for KFM since 2018, during which time he has built a deep understanding of our business and our people. Along with our HR function, Robin oversees our Business Services portfolio including, Communications, Marketing, Data and Automation.

Before joining KFM, Robin worked for the NHS Business Services Authority and Commissioning Support providing comprehensive HR support services.

Director of Finance & Commercial

Stuart has broad commercial experience across various sectors including Healthcare, Social Care and Education, where he has been instrumental as a Senior Leader.

Prior to joining KFM, Stuart was Finance Director at Bertram Nursery Group, a children’s nursery business with 42 sites across Scotland and North West England. Stuart has held significant roles as Finance Director for Bupa Home Healthcare and Head of Corporate Finance at Bupa Group. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Director of Managed Services

Jo has 20 years of NHS healthcare experience encompassing senior management and clinical roles at Central London Community Healthcare, Royal Surrey and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Jo has a passion for developing high performing teams that deliver dynamic services to enable positive patient and clinician experiences.

Director of Supply Chain & Clinical Procurement

Adam has extensive Supply Chain and Procurement knowledge / experience having worked across multiple business industries within manufacturing and service delivery in both the private and public sectors, where he has consistently developed and implemented robust operational processes that have enhanced performance whilst reducing costs / mitigating risks.
